PELLETS PRODUCTION PROCESS:

Before pellets are produced, raw material undergoes several complicated production stages. The material for such heating fuel must not contain contaminants, and should have the right fraction and moisture content.

PRODUCTION STAGES:

DRYING
Sawdust is dried in the fountain-fluid drier. Drying process is frequently controlled by moisture measuring equipment, which gives the guarantee of achieving moisture content at the level of ca. 10-12%
GRINDING
dry sawdust is moved from buffer container to hammermill, where it is ground into the uniform fraction
GRANULATING
sawdust passes through the 6mm openings with the help of the pelleting press. Then, hot pellets are moved to the counterflow cooler
COOLING
before packing, pellets should be cooled down to the optimal temperature, at which they would harden

PACKING
after cooling down, pellets are moved to the bagging - weigher, or to the silo, from which they are packed onto the trucks. Bagging - weigher packs pellets into 15 kilo bags, or into 1-ton BIG BAGS. The kind of packaging depends on the customer's needs.
